Thank you for shopping at Zairra.in. We deeply value your trust and strive to ensure a seamless experience from browsing to delivery. While we take utmost care to deliver quality products, our refund policy is outlined below to address the limited circumstances under which refunds are applicable.


No Returns Accepted

Please note that Zairra does not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Size mismatch

  • Color or style preference

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues

We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details, size guides, and descriptions before placing an order. If you have questions before ordering, our customer support team is happy to assist.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • You receive a wrong item not matching your order.

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

  • The order is canceled by Zairra before dispatch due to unforeseen issues such as stock unavailability or payment processing failure.

Please note: Requests made beyond 24 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items will not be considered for refund.


Refund Procedure

If your case meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at connect@zairra.in or call us at +91 98863 84199 within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Attach clear images of the item showing the issue (wrong item or damage).

  3. Provide your order number, registered email ID or phone number used during purchase.

Our team will review your request. If approved, you will be notified, and the refund will be processed accordingly.


Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–6 working days. Refunds are processed only after the product issue has been verified and confirmed by our support team.

We do not refund:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges

  • Shipping or return courier costs incurred by the customer (unless Zairra is at fault)
