Courier Partners

We partner with trusted and reliable courier services including Ekart, Amazon Surface, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

  • All shipments are carefully packed and fully insured to safeguard your purchase until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Our delivery partners are selected based on their efficiency, coverage, and reliability in handling delicate fashion and lifestyle products.


Delivery Responsibility

While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, there may be occasional delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays due to regional service disruptions or weather conditions

  • Strikes, transport restrictions, or festive overloads

  • Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided by the customer

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the responsibility lies with the customer to coordinate with the courier service for re-delivery or collection as per their policy. Zairra shall not be held liable for failed delivery attempts due to unavailability or inaccessibility.


Shipping Time

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Domestic Orders (within India): 4–5 business days from dispatch

  • International Orders (where applicable): 10–12 business days from dispatch

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays

  • Certain pin codes or remote locations may require additional delivery time

Under standard conditions, packages are typically delivered within 7–8 calendar days from the date of order placement.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India is FREE on all orders, unless mentioned otherwise during promotional offers or special conditions.

  • Shipping charges for international orders (if applicable) are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination at checkout.

  • Customs duties or import taxes, if levied by the destination country, will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
