Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Please note:

Returns will not be accepted for color preference, change of mind, or design preference.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed and prepared for dispatch.

International orders are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a return.

Exchanges
We understand that size issues can occasionally occur. Zairra accepts exchanges only in cases of size concerns, provided that:

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product is in unused, unwashed, original condition with tags and invoice

The product has not been altered or customized in any way
We do not offer exchanges for different designs, colors, or styles.
Exchange Procedure
If your exchange request meets our eligibility criteria, please follow the steps below:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery via email or phone to initiate the exchange.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address.

Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Once the parcel is received and verified, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement size within 3–5 working days, subject to availability.
Inspection and Approval
All returned items undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet our return and exchange guidelines:

The product must be free from any stains, damages, perfume/scent, or wash marks

Tags and labels must be intact and not tampered with

The item must match the original order placed
If the item fails inspection, the exchange request will be rejected and the same item may be shipped back to you at your cost.
